New developer account here -- Is my developer account active? Says active but software not available to download.

I've signed for my free developer account, however, I don't seem to have access to download any software?

It's all disabled by default:

Please see attachment. I thought I can download any software. In particular, I'm looking to download the extended support version of redhat.
