Assign pod terminal access to a user/group in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • Non-Admin users are not able to access Pod terminal.
  • Need to assign pod terminal access to the user/group.
  • User who has view access on project not able to access pod terminal.
  • Users are not able to run oc rsh command in the cluster.
