devworkspace-webhook-server Pod is in CrashLoopBackoff after removing Web Terminal Operator

Issue

The devworkspace-webhook-server-* Pod is crashing after removing the Web Terminal Operator:

Reviewing the logs from the failing Pod, it appears there is a missing ServiceAccount devworkspace-controller-serviceaccount resulting in the Pod failures:
