Can an etcd backup be used to restore state on a new cluster?
Issue
- An etcd backup has been collected from a running OpenShift cluster using the procedure defined in the official OpenShift documentation: Backing up etcd data.
- Can this etcd backup be used on another newly-provisioned cluster to restore the cluster workloads?
