Issue

  • SDN to OVN migration stuck were nodes having multiple interfaces.

  • During SDN to OVN migration, after following step 2 as per the documentation rolling reboot would be triggered. After the nodes reboot secondary interface IP is used for OpenShift internal communication(SDN/OVS traffic) and the primary interface is used for Non-OpenShift (storage or backup) traffic.

  • OpenShift cluster installation is failing when nodes have multiple NICs.
