Aadhaar (India) and RHEL

Hi,

https://uidai.gov.in/images/resource/list_of_UIDAI_certified_device_vendors_06_05_2021.pdf
The above is the list of Certified devices by Govt of India for Aadhaar related software.
Can any of the above also be used to authenticate a user in RHEL?
If yes, how?
