[s390x] Kdump fails to generate the vmcore over NFS when using persistent NIC name.

Issue

  • On s390x z/VM, vmcore generation is getting filed over NFS when changing the NIC name to eth0 via udev rules.
  • Serial console logs from RHEL 7.
