Can we customize DHCP vendor class used in dnsmasq container on bootstrap node for IPI install

Issue

  • IPI installation do not allow customization to dnsmasq in terms of DHCP6 vendor class.
  • The dnsmasq container on bootstrap node doesn't allow custom DHCP6 vendor class value.
