[RHV] cloning vm fails when cloning "Windows 2022" guest from snapshot with TPM device enabled
Issue
- clone operation of the "Windows 2022" guest from snapshot with TPM device enabled is canceled with error "Cannot add VM. TPM device is required by the guest OS."
