CommVault cdr module prevents iptables NAT and other kernel modules from loading

Issue

• CommVault cdr prevents iptables NAT and other kernel modules from loading
• After upgrade to kernel-3.10.0-1160.49.1.el7.x86_64 or later, the iptables service fails to start with:

iptables: Applying firewall rules: iptables-restore v1.4.21: iptables-restore: unable to initialize table 'nat'

• Other kernel modules will also not load:

systemd-udevd: could not find module by name='acpi_cpufreq'
systemd-udevd: could not find module by name='acpi_cpufreq'
systemd-udevd: could not find module by name='pcc_cpufreq'
systemd-udevd: could not find module by name='pcc_cpufreq'
