Are there any Security Configuration Changes required for JBoss EAP 7.4 images?

Do I still need to apply security changes (https://access.redhat.com/articles/6956863) to OCP images there is no link in the overview section for additional steps required. Are there still additional steps required in order for these images to function correctly? See below tags:
