Error : (serializer for text/html; charset=utf-8 doesn't exist) in RHCOP 4

- Unable to deploy any new application using
oc new-appandoc applycommand because of below mentioned error related to configmaps:
serializer for text/html; charset=utf-8 doesn't exist
