OpenShift Web Console and Metrics does not display data after RHOCP upgrade

Issue

  • After the upgrade of RHOCP to version 4.10.z, the WebConsole becomes unresponsive.
  • No Alerts is displayed on the Web console with the error Alert could not be loaded.
  • The Metrics tab does not display any data.
