Multiple operators degraded after replacing default ingress certificate with "x509: certificate is valid for" error

Issue

  • After replacing the default ingress certificate in OpenShift 4 cluster, several operators degraded.
$ oc logs console-6c9bb974re-sjsbb -n openshift-console
