MTC version mismatch for OCP 3 clusters
Issue
- MTC installation doc is not up-to-date with the latest MTC versions available for the legacy operators.
- In the legacy operator sections for both 4.x and 3.x, the stable version mentioned is
1.5.5.
Version table in "Table 1. MTC compatibility: Migrating from a legacy platform" section still lists 1.5 and 1.6 versions as stable.
