Issue
oc adm top podshows fluctuating CPU metrics compared tocrictl stats- Prometheus query shows fluctuating CPU metrics compared to
crictl stats. An example query could be:
$ oc get --raw /apis/metrics.k8s.io/v1beta1/namespaces/<NAMESPACE>/pods
