No resource definition registered for webservices endpoints on a host slave in JBoss EAP 7.4

Issue

After deploying an application containing an CXF webservice, the deployed application cannot be inspected navigating to Runtime -> hosts -> slave -> server -> server-one -> Webservices -> Endpoint Name.

The following error is thrown:

"WFLYCTL0030: No resource definition is registered for address [
    (\"deployment\" => \"cxf-ws-auth.war\"),
    (\"subsystem\" => \"webservices\")
]"
