SSL debug is not shown on artemis.log, when enabling it for A-MQ 7

Issue

There is a need to capture SSL debug, so the parameter -Djavax.net.debug=all is added on the file $BROKER_INSTANCE/etc/artemis.profile

However, SSL debug output is not reflected on file $BROKER_INSTANCE/log/artemis.log
