Issue
- Pods are failing to pull the image from public registries e.g. quay.io, registry.redhat.io, etc.
- Pod are stuck with
ImagePullBackOffstatus and showing errorFATA[0000] pulling image: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = pinging container registry quay.io: Get "https://quay.io/v2/": x509: certificate signed by authority
