We need the file permissions at /var/log/sa to be 640 permanently

Issue

• We changed umask value as per the KCS How to change the default permissions of the "sar" logs when it is created by sysstat? in order to change the file permissions at /var/log/sa to be 640. But after updating packages, the umask value reverted back to 0022. What would be a permanent solution?
