Can not delete improperly created Activation Key
Issue
Creating an Activation Key (AK) failed on candlepin step (see Diagnostic Steps for more). Despite we deleted the paused Actions::Katello::ActivationKey::Create task, an attempt to delete the AK always fails.
Environment
Red Hat Satellite 6.9 or newer.
