Some addons not deployed on ACM managed cluster
Issue
After the cluster is created, only work-manager and observability-controller are deployed automatically, the other managed cluster addons are not deployed.
Environment
- Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2.5
- Openshift Container Platform 4.10
