Kibana in yellow state with error "plugin:opendistro_security@6.8.1 Setting up index template" in OpenShift Container Platform 4

Issue

• We noticed once in a while a yellow status in kibana after the Cluster Logging Stack is updated automatically. This is happening since we started using CLuster Logging version 4.5 and above.
• When restarting kibana it becomes unusable and is reporting plugin:opendistro_security@6.8.1 Setting up index template. Applying the solution from Kibana status is Yellow in OpenShift 4.5 does not help.
• Seems Kibana status is Yellow in OpenShift 4.5 does not resolve the problem with kibana being in yellow state.
