[RHV] Upgrade to RHV 4.5 with gluster boots into maintenance mode unable to mount gluster filesystems
Issue
- Upgrading hyperconverged RHV-H 4.4.z to 4.5.z host boots into Emergency Mode when LVM devices cannot be found.
- The
use_devicesfile = 1parameter is the default in/etc/lvm/lvm.confin RHEL and/etc/lvm/devices/system.devicesis not populated correctly on upgrade. - LVM commands do not "see" devices not in
/etc/lvm/devices/system.devices.
