The CLI_SCRIPT_FILE is not executed on Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) deployed at Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)

Issue

After removing the marker <!-- #DATASOURCES# --> from the file standalone-openshift.xml, then starting the RHSSO cluster/instance, the cluster can't start due to KeycloakDS datasource not defined ... the CLI for defining the datasource is generated at the /tmp/cli-script-$systime.cli file but not being applied.
