Why are the Repository Management and Remote Registries pages on Private Automation Hub failing to load?

Collections -> Repository Managementpage and theExecution Environments -> Remote Registriespages on Private Automation Hub are failing to load. It happened soon after one of the following events.- Recently setup a clustered environment.
- Restored the database to a new single node or cluster.
