Tomcat starts then fails after upgrade to Satellite 6.9.9
Issue
Tomcat starts and then fails after an upgrade to Satellite 6.9.9 with the following error in the catalina.log:
SEVERE: StandardServer.await: create[localhost:8005]:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use (Bind failed)
