Red Hat 3scale-toolbox import fails for OpenAPI Spec

Issue

• When importing a backend with the 3scale API Management toolbox the following error shows up:

• How can the OpenAPI Spec (OAS) be imported as backend without modifying the server URL to contain the complete URL?
