How to manage timeouts for incoming and outgoing traffic in Service Mesh 2.x
Issue
A service running inside the Service Mesh exposed via istio-ingressgateway for ingress traffic but needs to connect to an external HTTP service to collect some data to provide full response. These connections have a larger time to complete causing the connection to fail due to the default timeouts.
