Nginx user created after install php-fpm

Issue

• A Nginx user created after install php-fpm on RHEL 8, The user is unnecessary as httpd is used for the application, it has the apache user. The issue was not present in RHEL7, and it looks like RHEL8 is the only Linux distribution on the market to have this dependency. Why this user is created as part of the installation and can it be deleted if unused?
