Is RHOCP 4.x being affected by the Azure storage upcoming TLS cert change?

Issue

• Is RHOCP 4.x going to be affected by Azure Storage switching their TLS certificates from the Baltimore CyberTrust CA Root to the DigiCert Global G2 CA Root?
• As per blog TLS certificate changes for Azure Storage endpoints that may impact client connectivity.
