Many hypervisors non-operational and one storage domain is down

Issue

• Changes were made to a sudoers drop-in file (/etc/sudoers.d/examplefile) on all RHV hypervisors in a cluster.
• Over half of the hypervisors in the aforementioned cluster are shown as non-operational in the Red Hat Virtualization Manager (RHV-M).
• One of the storage domains in the cluster is down (i.e. showing red in RHV-M).
• The RHV event log shows many storage errors.
