How do I redirect an https URL to an http URL with Apache httpd

Issue

• How to redirect https traffic for all virtual host except the one configure for ssl to non ssl virtual host i.e. redirect HTTPS request to HTTP except HTTPS request (https://ssl.example.com) coming from specific FQDN e.g. ssl.example.com
