[6.2] virsh commands become not to respond

Issue

• There is system which can hit the RHBZ #784151.

• The validation test on Feb 18th, 2012. Currently, RHBZ #784151 is a blocker for the test.

• Please provide a 6.2.z-base hotfix or a 6.2.z async errata by Feb 17th, 2012.
• When executing "virsh start" and "virsh dump --crash" alternately and repeatedly to some guests, virsh commands become not to respond.
• This is a specific bug of advisory RHBA-2012:0013-1.
