How kill a port without shutdown or restart the server

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • How can I clear (or kill) port so that can start the database once more? Currently, need to shutdown and restart the server as have another database up and being used.
Port 55260 is already in use.
Begin normal shutdown.
Removed shared memeory with segment_id: 54231047.

Doing netstat -nap | grep 55260 and gives the following:

tcp        0      0 172.17.100.242:55260        172.17.100.242:64010        ESTABLISHED 2694/_proapsv
tcp        0      0 ::ffff:172.17.100.242:64010 ::ffff:172.17.100.242:55260 ESTABLISHED 18702/java
