How can I change the database password via Admin Console without having to restart the JBoss EAP server ?

Issue

After changing the database password through the Admin Console, the information is not updated. Although I have changed the password to a wrong value, after executing the test connection it works correctly as if the configured password is correct. After restarting the JBoss EAP server the wrong password previously configured is updated and the test connection fails. How can I change the database password via Admin Console without having to restart the JBoss EAP server ?
