Optimizing graphics in VDI

Hi all,

A customer reports a lot of flickering (window redraws) in the window of a specific application. It looks like the application is doing a lot of window redraws whilst getting the data row-by-row from the backend. This is very annoying for the user. When the user connects via RDP to these VDIs the window redraws do not cause any flickering. The customers see this flickering on Windows and Linux deskops he uses to connect to the virtual desktop.

I was wondering if anybody has some advice regarding the tuning of the graphics on the VDI so that it performs optimally.
