Bonding devices MTU revert to 1500 from 9000 after RHEVM upgrade

Issue

• The bond network interface is composed of two physical network interfaces ens1f0 and ens1f1. MTU 9000 is set on both. After updating the RHV host, we had MTU 1500 set up on the first physical interface - ens1f0. During the check, we found that a new duplicate network interface ens1f0 with a new UUID was created. After the restart host, another network interface ens1f0 with a different UUID is created again.
