After turning on Bluetooth, user must double-click Bluetooth switch in GNOME Settings to turn it off

Issue

  • After turning on Bluetooth, when using GNOME settings user must click the Bluetooth switch twice to turn it off. It doesn't turn on again after this.
  • Bluetooth cannot be enabled again after it's disabled on desktop
