Meet Peter Gervase: our GSS Red Hatter of the Week!
Peter Gervase is our featured Red Hat Support associate for this week!
In his own words:
"Hello, my name is Peter Gervase. I am from Erie, PA and I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on Computer Science and Communications. I have been at Red Hat since January of 2007 and am a Technical Support Engineer in the Systems Management group in Global Support Services. Particularly, I am the backup domain coach for sbr-sysmgmt and the domain coach for Cloud Products and Environments. For my position, I take ticket escalations and mentor the ATSE/newer people in the group, and I enjoy being able to focus on Systems Management tickets, particularly Satellite. I also enjoy providing training for the group on new technologies, such as RHUI. I play soccer three or four days a week and when not doing that, I enjoy going for long runs in the area. I am starting a new church in the western part of Cary, NC, and that will open in just a few weeks."
