Resolution

While it's possible to use Filebeat in OCP to forward logs, Filebeat is a third party tool not supported by Red Hat. Hence installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Filebeat will be out of Red Hat Support scope.

There are few Red Hat supported options available to Forward logs to third-party systems.
