[RFE] - Official Red Hat Satellite official documentation needs to re-add the notes for Repository syncing under Inter Satellite Sync (ISS)

Issue

• User finds the documentation for the process of synchronizing the repositories between the Connected and Disconnected Satellite Server was incomplete in Satellite 6.4, and was dropped completely in 6.5 and later. It is unclear if the synchronization of repositories is still supported.
