Systemd service LogLevelMax does not appear to work
Issue
- Lots of avoidable log messages that are not needed can be controlled with LogLevelMax.
- Setting the LogLevelMax with a number or value such as warning has no impact on what is logged
- LogLevelMax should impact what is logged when logging is sent vai systems or syslog.
