chronyd keeps using the deleted NTP servers in SRV DNS record in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8

Issue

• The chronyd was configured to use the multiple NTP servers in SRV DNS record with the following command.

# systemctl start chrony-dnssrv@_ntp._udp.example.redhat.com.timer

• DNS was configured for the SRV query.
• One of the NTP server was deleted from DNS (both A record and SRV record), but chronyd kept using the deleted NTP server and made unneeded DNS queries.
