Satellite has removed self-registration, but a warning is output at the health check.

# foreman-maintain health check

check whether system is self-registered or not : WARNING
Scenario [Foremain::Scenario::FilterdScenario]failed.
The followinf steps up in warningstate:[verify-self-registoration]
The steps in warning state itselfs might not mean there is an error.
but it should be reviwed to ensure the behavior is expected.
