Reduce DWARF size

Issue

• There is a need to reduce the DWARF generated highly templated C++ code.
• There are some limitations what can be done within the current DWARF specification.
• A proposal put forward for satisfying the need in a future DWARF release past Version 4 would be to look for a way to abstract the concepts of generic programming or templates into DWARF so that all the compiled languages that support generic programming could make use of it as a mechanism to reduce the volume of debug information in DWARF in much the same way generic programming reduces the volume of source code.
