BPMN process doesn't appear in jBPM console after recreating package in Guvnor

Issue

• BPMN process doesn't appear in jBPM console after recreating package in Guvnor
• Steps to Reproduce issue:
  1.Create package(Ex.com.sample) in guvnor which contains process definition
  2.Archive the same package and Permanently delete the package from guvnor
  3.Create new package with same name(Ex.com.sample)
  4.Create process definition in package
  5.Validate and build the same package
  6.Login to jBPM console,the process that is contained in the new package com.sample doesn't appear
  7.Restart the server instance and access the jBPM console
  8.we can see process in jBPM console
