My security scanner is detecting vulnerabilities in core pods that are not listed as being affected in Red Hat CVEs.

Issue

A security scan of the cluster is reporting machine-config-daemon, tuned, drop-icmp and sdn affected by vulnerabilities seemingly unrelated to the pods function.
The security scanner is reporting vulnerabilities in files found in the pods filesystem.
