Updated OCP to 4.9 without Updating 3scale to at least 2.11 and now we're in a non-working installation

Issue

We recently updated the OpenShift cluster to version 4.9, without reading the 3scale release notes first. So I missed the advice, to upgrade 3scale to 2.11 before the cluster upgrade.

Now 3scale is no longer working as the sphinx, sidekiq and APIcast pods stay on init:0/1, and system-app is at CreateContainerError.

My 3scale installation is operator-based with automatic update approval.

The 3scale operator update channel cannot be changed as usual. I edited the subscription to change the channel to 2.11, but this has no effect on the installed operator version of 0.7.0.

Is there any possibility to restore my 3scale instance?
