Removing an offline Host registered to Red Hat Cloud fails with PG::ForeignKeyViolation error

Issue

  • switching off a Host that was registered to console.redhat.com.
  • trying to remove the Host after few days, it fails with a postgres error

Environment

  • Red Hat Satellite 6.10
